Hardwork | Military Cadence
(Lyrics & History)

The U.S. Military uses "Jodies," call-and-response chants, to help troops stay in step, build morale, and foster unity during marches and runs. These chants are a cherished part of military tradition.

Hard Work, a very popular running cadence, emphasizes the dedication, discipline, and effort required in military life, highlighting the relentless commitment to duty and the physical demand placed on service members.

This cadence describes the daily routines and the challenges faced by service members, each line showing the perseverance and pride taken in accomplishing tasks through hard work.
